Signing in redirects you to Formation, the identity provider for the esports-tools.com product family — your password is entered there and never touches Vault. Formation confirms who you are via an industry-standard OpenID Connect login and hands Vault back your name, email, and profile photo. Account information: name, email address, and an optional avatar — sourced from Formation on sign-in, not entered here.

Organization data: whatever your organization enters — sponsors and their contacts, contracts, deliverables, invoices, line items, payments, and audit logs of sensitive actions.

One session cookie, set once you sign in, signed so it can't be tampered with. No analytics or advertising cookies are set on this domain.

Your organization's data is visible only to members of that organization, scoped by role. We don't sell or share it with third parties.
