These terms cover your use of Vault, the sponsorship-and-finance product in the esports-tools.com family. Signing in uses a Formation account — see Formation's terms of service for the account itself.

You're responsible for the accuracy of sponsor, contract, and invoice data your organization enters. Vault is a record-keeping tool, not a payment processor — it doesn't move money on your behalf.

Don't use Vault to store data you don't have the right to store, or attempt to access another organization's data.

We may update these terms as Vault grows; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
